Let’s Get Started.
The first step is always a conversation, and I’m looking forward to hearing from you. What we do will be unique, but I’ve outlined three general phases to get us started below.
Workshop — Igniting the Spark
What do we need to know? Who needs to know it? How will we create the environment for discovery? What workshops and trainings will drive us? By looking at your needs, history, and community we will create a plan to answer these questions. Like with any project, this is where we may dream together, make sparks, brainstorm what could be, and contemplate the possibility before us. I love it, but I emphasize, and enjoy, the process of moving forward and taking action.
Implementation — Fanning the Flames
Time to ask the hard questions and seek answers together. How will we create “buy-in”? How will we measure success? How will we get it done? In this important phase we look at what it will really take to get things going and keep things moving forward…and then we take action.
Coaching — Keeping the fires burning
No one wants to be abandoned, but in my past as a non profit leader I have felt abandoned by a consultant or two. It’s important to me that there is a plan for ongoing success and support. Once we have it started, how do we keep it going? There are a variety of coaching arrangements we can make to include online or in person meetings, phone calls, and emails to support you to your comfort level as you move forward.
